Find Your Freedom — findyourfreedom.ie — grow past money worries

Your salary went up. The pressure didn't go down.

Money is downstream of the mind.

You know your number. You probably don't know why the end of the month still feels tight, why the raise disappeared, why you'd rather do anything than open the banking app.

The gap lives in your habits, your history and the stories running in your head at 3am. That's where this work starts. Fix the thinking and the numbers follow. Chase the numbers first and the thinking drags them back under.

Book a free conversation Pick a time that suits you. One video call. No cost, no pitch, no products.

What this is

One-to-one conversations about your relationship with money. We map how you earn, spend, borrow, avoid, worry and decide. All of it on one page, possibly for the first time in your life.

You leave with a clear picture of where you actually stand and one concrete thing to do next. Small and specific beats grand and vague.

This works whether you're in Ireland or the UK. The wrappers and tax rules differ; the human patterns don't.

How it works

Book a free conversation

Pick a time from my calendar. A video call, roughly 45 minutes. Free, and it stays free until there's something worth charging for. If you'd rather just email first, hello@findyourfreedom.ie.

Build your financial profile

Before the call, you fill in your profile: mindset, income, spending, debt, safety net, habits. It comes through to me privately, you can download your own copy, and it goes nowhere else.

Leave with a next step

One priority, chosen by you, sized so you'll actually do it. We talk again when it's done, if you want to.

What I do and don't do

What I do

  • Help you see your full position on one page: income, spending, debt, protection.
  • Work on the habits and triggers behind the numbers, including the avoidance.
  • Explain how things work in plain English: pensions, tax wrappers, the real cost of debt, in Ireland and the UK.
  • Help you build a budget that survives contact with real life.

What I don't do

  • Recommend products, funds, shares, pensions or any investment.
  • Give regulated financial advice. For that you want a regulated adviser: check the Central Bank register in Ireland or the FCA register in the UK.
  • Judge. Whatever your number is, I've seen worse. Some of it in the mirror.
If debt is the fire right now: MABS in Ireland and StepChange in the UK are free, confidential and good at exactly this. Ring them first. Then come back and we'll work on what caused it.

The profile tool

Where do you actually stand?

A structured self-assessment covering mindset, money and behaviour. Works for Ireland (€) and the UK (£). Your answers come through to me privately ahead of the call, and you can download your own copy.

Who's behind this

Someone who built the spreadsheet at midnight, made every payment and still watched the total grow. The way out started with an honest conversation, so that's what's on offer here.

The name matters less than the work. If we talk, you'll get the full story.
